Swiftora ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered listing assistant for resellers. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you analyze an item, and only after you have given your consent in the app, Swiftora sends your item photo and the item details you entered to the following third-party AI services via our secure server:
Derived, non-personal text queries (for example, a generated item title such as "vintage brass table lamp") may also be sent to marketplace and search providers (eBay, Google Shopping via SerpAPI, Brave Search) to find comparable listings. These queries contain no photos, account information, or other personal data.
You are asked for permission in the app before your first analysis, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Profile → Data & privacy → AI data sharing. Each provider above is bound by its own privacy policy and provides protections for your data equal to or greater than those described in this policy.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Item photos and descriptions are processed in memory and not persisted on our servers. Usage counts are retained for billing purposes. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app under Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account.
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Authentication tokens are required for all API requests. Firestore access is restricted to server-side admin credentials only.
Swiftora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can delete your account and personal data directly in the app (Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account). You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
